A corollary to Godwin’s Law would seem to be that as the blatant clarity of a parallel between some aspect of current events and Nazi Germany increases without bound, the probability that if a person happens to make the entirely obvious and relevant comparison, someone else will immediately scoff at it with a reference to Godwin’s Law, does not budge even infinitesimally from 1.00.

Dave has suggested that since it’s caused by some kind of mutant hybrid of swine flu virus and avian flu virus, they really ought to be calling this Flying Pig Flu.
